Registration Fees

AHSL Yearly Registration

First Time Members

30

will enjoy a discounted rate of $30 all year long

Current and Past Members by June 30

30

can take advantage of the early bird rate of $30 if registration is completed in full by June 30.

Current and Past Members from July 1-January

40

will have a rate of $40 from July 1 to January.


Tuesday Enrichment Classes (TEC)

Family Registration Fee

0-30

  • $10 per student, with a maximum of $30 per family.
  • Teachers who teach 1 class will receive half-off
  • Teachers who teach 2 classes will receive their family registration fee free of charge.

TEC Teacher Fees

0-20

 Teacher fees collected for classes are spent on consumable class materials and supplies needed. Teachers are not paid for their time. In the event that a teacher has extra funds left over from class fees, they are expected to distribute the excess amount equally as refunds to the students’ families. 

Registration Confirmation Email

Your TEC totals will be emailed to you at the time of registration.


Other Fees

Field Trip Fee

Fees are usually collected at the point of service and not through AHSL. Exceptions if the fee has to be paid beforehand. We will then collect the fees and send it to the business you will be visiting.

Teen Prom

  • Tickets to attend the AHSL Prom will be $10 per person, with a family maximum of $30.
  • Senior students will be allowed one guest (must be approved) and will be responsible for their admission.

Graduations

  • Cost of Graduation Cap and Gown

                   Kindergarten = white

                   Senior colors will be decided by the graduating class

  • It is usually a potluck or planned buffet dinner where parents contribute.
  • Decorations depend on what the graduating parents agree on supplying
  • AHSL will pay for the cake and ceremony programs
